Having spent five years living in the Motor City we wanted to give our UK customers something that reflects the great burger joints we used to visit in Detroit. To do this we built our patty using a 50/50 blend of Aged Beef Rib Cap and Premium Beef Chuck to give it the distinctive taste that we remembered from our time in Michigan. Sourced exclusively from trusted UK-based farms.
In addition the American Glazed Buns are baked locally every night to our recipe and used on all the burger menu items including our Big Bird Chicken Thigh Burger and Vegetarian Plant Burger.
